In early December, our family, 2Adults, a 11yo and a 8yo,will stay at Wilderness Lodge for 10 days. Should I buy the dining plan? My doubt is due to the fact that my 11yo eats as a child but is considered an adult in the dining plan?

    Hi!

You're in for a wonderful treat! The Wilderness Lodge is a spectacular resort. AND when it is decorated for the holidays, it is absolutely breathtaking! I hope you'll enjoy the lodge at its finest!

Honestly, I really do think that the Dining Plan is a good option if you are planning on having at least one table service meal per day. Even if you have a few extra meals or snacks, it can be a great deal for families. Plus, it is an easy way to budget - since most of your food costs will be covered in advance.

Your 11 year old is considered an adult on the Disney Dining plan, however, I don't think you'll have trouble finding meals for him. Disney restaurants are incredibly accommodating and there shouldn't be any problems with food choices.

    Have a great holiday!
