How early is the will call window open to obtain the birthday funcard. We have an appt at the BBB at 8:50 am and I was hoping to pick up the cards for my twins prior to entering the park.

Hi Lori,

What a fantastic way for your twins to spend their Birthdays, the will call window's at the Walt Disney World theme parks should open between 1 and 2 hours before park opening which will give you plenty of time to pick the Fun Card's up before your appointment. You probably know but the card can be spent in the majority of Disney owned stores throughout WDW but can't be used to purchase food or drinks or pay room charges.
