Just got early breakfast BOG reservations 8.35am! Yippee! ? is .. Staying at SS will the buses be running early enough for us to het to park on time check in? Can u request earlier bus? thinking we would need bus around 7.45am would that be right???

    Hi Kerry-anne!

Congratulations on scoring a breakfast reservation at Be Our Guest! This location has been so popular with it’s amazing decor and delectable dining, that I think it’s wonderful they have added breakfast. Now even more Guests can experience the beauty and splendor or Be Our Guest.

Transportation for early morning Advance Dining Reservations shouldn’t be a problem. Busses usually begin running for early breakfasts at the Magic Kingdom between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. I would double check with the front desk of the resort on arrival to see what time the first bus begins at your resort for Guests with dining reservations on your particular day.

I like to call myself “time uptight” when I have a plane to catch or reservation to meet. For me, leaving at 7:45 a.m. would be cutting things too close for my preference. As a good rule of thumb, you should leave at least 60 minutes travel time to get to a theme park, and for a dining reservation I usually give myself an extra 10 or 15 minutes. I plan on 5 minutes for family members who are running late, 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop, up to 20 minutes to wait for a bus to arrive, 20-25 minutes actual travel time on the bus, 10 minutes to walk to the entrance, get through bag check and into the park. That brings you to one hour. To make your dining reservation, leaving an extra 10 to 15 minutes will allow you time to walk to your destination.

If Magic Kingdom opens at 8 a.m. on the day of your breakfast, you may also consider arriving for park opening. The Magic Kingdom Opening Show is a lot of fun, and you would be in the park in time to take a family photo on Main Street, U.S.A. or even a quick attraction before your breakfast.

I hope this information is helpful, Kerry Anne, and that you enjoy your breakfast at Be Our Guest.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
