Welcome aboard, Janis! I love a good deal too! Especially when it comes to the my family's
Disney Cruise Line vacations!
I wish I could say go ahead with that 10:45 a.m. flight after your cruise, but if you're planning on taking Disney Cruise Line's ground transfers, you won't be able to take that flight. In fact, even if you left the ship on your own, you'd have to be some of the first off the ship once it is cleared around 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. and get through Customs and get your private transportation straight to the airport. It would be cutting it close.
Pre-booking a
Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transfer is by far the easiest way to transition from land to sea and back again. However, guests using these transfers after the cruise must have flights that depart no earlier than 11:30 a.m. Normally, our flight home is at about 1:00 and that gives us plenty of time to have a relaxing morning with breakfast onboard and a non-rushed time leaving the ship and getting to the airport on the motorcoach. You certainly don't want to end your relaxing magical cruise vacation by feeling stressed and rushed to get to the airport. So, perhaps you can check out some other flights and find another good deal on a later flight, Janis.
Good luck planning and please stop back if you have more questions. We're happy to help!
