You said in an earlier answer that you can request a room spot/area when doing online check in by leaving your request in the comments area - I just went to check in and there was no comments box that I could see. Where do you find this? We leave 8/27.

    Hi Debbie,

I did a little double checking as it has been a few months since I checked in online. One of the Disney Moms, or in this case Dad, just checked in online for an upcoming trip and confirmed that in one of the last screens there was a space that provided a few options in regards to your room choice. It offered you a chance to choose from a few options like a location near the lobby.

If you are looking for specific requests that these options do not provide, your best bet would be to call you resort directly. Guests can call three days prior to check-in and speak to a Cast member to add any requests you may need for your room. I am not sure which resort you are at, but if you do not have the number for the resort, you can call Disney World's information line at 407-824-4321 and they can direct you to your resort.

Just remember Disney can not guarantee any specific room or request outside of those guests requiring handicap accessible room. Have an amazing time!
