    We are going to DWD for thefirst time in Decenber the 12- 18 and we were trying to figure out what day to try to do MVMCP.

    Debra, you picked the absolute best time of year for your first Disney vacation! I love going in December, as the parks and resorts are decorated so beautifully for the holidays.  And by going before Christmas, you'll miss out on what can be one of the busiest times of the year. While you're there, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will be held on December 13, 15 and 17. I would recommend going on either the 13th or 15th, as Thursday nights can start getting crowded. And don't forget that although the party officially starts at 7 pm, you can get in to the Magic Kingdom as early as 4pm with your ticket.
