Came to DW Aug of '09 and it was hot and crowded. Which is the best time to come crowd wise? The week of Thanksgiving or the week before Christmas? We are both teachers so we are limited on choices. Thanks and love you guys!

    Hi Carla!

Well, personally, I don't think you can really go wrong with either week! Any time spent at Disney World is a fun time, in my book!

Personally, given the choice between these two weeks, I'd choose the week before Christmas. We've been this week a few times, and I'd return in a heartbeat! Usually, the weeks leading up to the Christmas holiday are a quite a bit lower in crowds than the week of Christmas itself. AND, you get all of the benefits - beautifully decorated resorts and parks, there are a few remaining Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party of the year, and tons of holiday spirit!

I think it'll be the perfect way to kick off your holiday season! You'll have a incredible vacation to start off your holiday break, and be in perfect mood to celebrate!

    Have a great trip!
