Hi Michelle,
I love Disney Vacation Club Resorts! I can not wait to head back to one soon!
The studios do not have the ability to have three separate sleeping areas unless one is a infant in a pack and play. At the Boardwalk, there are rooms which have a day bed that could hold a child up to about age eight or nine, however, you can request these rooms but there is no guarantee you get the room.
You also can not roll in a bed like you would at other properties.
There are one bedrooms with three separate areas. These are Bay Lake Tower, Animal Kingdom Kidani and Old Key West. They have a convertible chair bed which my children found comfortable and they are tough critics. In addition, Kidani and Bay Lake Towers would also give you an additional full bath.
Wishing you a magical vacation!
Beth
