Hi, Ashley! Probably the biggest reasons we became
Disney Vacation Club members are the flexibility of the points and the size of the accommodations. We can take our whole family on a week-long vacation in a 2-bedroom villa, or my husband and I can sneak away for a quiet weekend in a deluxe studio. We love that the points give you that kind of option.
If you are not a Disney Vacation Club member, you can still book a room at one of the
Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, paying cash as you would a regular hotel room. The larger villas have full kitchen facilities and in room laundry, and it's a great way to bring the whole gang to
Walt Disney World.
You may be using points as a guest of a DVC member. If that's the case, the member will book the accommodations, and if you choose to add the
Disney Dining Plan, they can do that as well.
Theme park tickets can be purchased online separately, and you can link the tickets and the reservation to your
My Disney Experience account.
Using points for a DVC reservation means limited housekeeping services. If you want daily service or extra towels, just let your host DVC member know so they can arrange that for you.
I'm happy to help if you need any additional information. You know just where to find me.
