new sales of select Annual Passes are paused. Since you already have a Platinum Pass exchange on your account, you should be able to activate it and
upgrade to one of the new Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes. If you upgrade your Platinum Pass exchange to the Disney Incredi-Pass, you will enjoy theme park entry without any blockout dates, standard theme park parking, and discounts on dining and select merchandise. You can add unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads for $99 plus tax for the year. I recommend that you reach out to
Disney Vacation Club Member Services to discuss the options for activating and upgrading your Disney Vacation Club Platinum Pass exchange. You can reach Member Services by calling (800) 800-9800 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday to Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time Saturday and Sunday.
