    We are DVC members, and we will be staying at out home resort the GF Villas. This may be a dumb question, but how does one gain Club Level Lounge access? Thank you!

    There are no silly questions here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and yours especially isn't!

    Guests staying in Club Level Rooms and Suites at Disneys's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa have access to Royal Palm Club and Sugarloaf Club lounges. This is a special booking category for Guests who are paying cash to stay at this stunning Deluxe Resort.

    As Disney Vacation Club Members, we can use our points to stay at the Disney Vacation Club Resort located on the same property, The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This DVC Resort does not have a Club Level booking category as an option. 

    There is an opportunity for Disney Vacation Club Members to book Club Level accommodations at this Resort. If you purchased your real estate interest directly through Disney Vacation Club or before March 21, 2011, you may use your points to book select Disney Parks Hotels through a Disney Collection exchange. Please keep in mind that these reservations are subject to a non-refundable $95 exchange fee, due at confirmation. You can find more information about this process on the DVC Member Website under the Find Destination tab by clicking the Disney Resort Hotels button. You can also call Member Services at 800-800-9800.

    Disney Vacation Club Members may reserve Kilimanjaro Club Concierge Villas at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House through the traditional booking methods. Be aware that these are highly coveted reservations are do fill quickly.
