    We are DVC members and will be participating in Wine and Dine. Since we are using our membership and staying at Saratoga Springs do we have to make any special arrangements for transportation from the resort?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have to tell you that I am supremely jealous you will be running this year’s Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon. I came very close to registering, but we decided to visit earlier due to our children’s school vacation schedule. Just this week it was announced that this will be the last year for The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, so this will be the final runDisney event that allows you to run through this amazing holiday display. Make sure to enjoy the moment for me!

    You’ll be happy to know that Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a host resort for the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. This means that there will be complimentary transportation from the resort to all of the weekend’s events, including the Race Expo and races. In my experience runDisney is very organized, and there has always been very clear signage at the host resorts and bus stops during race weekends.
