We are DVC members driving to FL in our 36 ft RV to stay on points at Boardwalk Villas (4 nights) and Kidani (4 nights). Can we park our RV and towed car at the resorts during our stay? If not, what are our other options? Thanks!!

    chEARs Elisabeth!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It seems like you have fantastic adventures as a Disney Vacation Club Member! From Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa to RV trips to Walt Disney World, you sure know how to make the most of the MAGIC!

I just chatted with a Cast Member, and she assured me that you would be able to park your RV and car at your Resort. She did want you to know that if the lot is fairly full, you may be asked to park at an alternate lot that is close to your Resort. Kay, one of our panelists, was in this exact situation a few years ago. She stayed at Disney’s Old Key West Resort while her bus was in Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside’s parking lot!

For part of your stay, you will be at my home resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. Obviously, I’m a bit biased, but I think it’s the best Resort hotel at Walt Disney World! There is nothing better than waking up to a giraffe having breakfast outside your Villa window. There are over 30 species of African wildlife that call the Resort home, and besides watching from our balcony, we love getting a primer from the Animal Specialists at the Resort. On our last trip, we met the most delightful Cast Member from Kenya who taught us all about kudu!

Elisabeth, please don’t hesitate to come back with any additional questions. I wish you an enchanting trip this Fall!
