Hello! We are DVC members and have decided to go back and visit the Disneyland Hotel for 3 days without visiting the parks since we just returned from a week in Disneyland. What are the best things to do on hotel property and downtown Disney?

Hi there, Shannon! How exciting that you get to make another trip to the beautiful Disneyland Hotel, and that you'll have an opportunity to relax and enjoy some of the resort amenities. I have reached out to some of our Disneyland Mom experts, and they've given me a great list of things for you to do on your three day visit.

High on the list of things to do is to visit the Mandara Spa. Whether you indulge yourself with a massage, a facial, or one of the body therapies, the spa offers a lengthy menu of services that are designed to give you a wonderful experience.

You might want to enjoy one of the legendary libations at Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar. There's a little magic, a bit of mayhem, and a whole lot of fun. Grab a bite to eat or enjoy one of the incredible cocktails, but this sounds like a must do stop on your trip. This is a family friendly location until 8 PM, when the minimum age becomes 21.

Another fun activity for guests age 14 and over is the Get Up & Go Power Walk. The pace is a 15-minute mile, and the 2-mile walk takes you through Disney's California Adventure Park. Once all that exercise is behind you, you'll deserve some time to relax by the resort swimming pool!

One other thing I wanted to add is the Happiest Hotel on Earth Tour. This walk through history lesson on the hotel, and it's a great way to spend an hour. Both the tour and the power walk can be booked at Guest Services.

    Have fun!
