Beth from MD Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

As DVC members we have annual passes. How do we get them on our my Disney experience app? Our first park day is Feb 22nd. Thanks Also where are the lounges located? We paid the $99. Thanks again.

    Hiya, Beth!

Welcome Home and welcome to planDisney. Oh boy! How exciting that your magical vacation is just around the riverbend.  With the flexibility of Disney Vacation Club and your Disney Sorcerer Pass, I'll bet you can't wait to enjoy flexible and affordable Disney experiences as often as you can!

Beth, let me help navigate this whole new world with you.  First, let's check to see if your Disney Sorcerer Pass is already linked to your account.  Sometimes these are added automatically.  To do this, follow these steps:
    • Go to the My Disney Experience app on your mobile phone or on the Walt Disney World website and log in.
    • If you are on the app on your phone, go to the "hamburger" (the three stacked horizontal lines on the bottom right corner) and click on "My Tickets & Passes."  If your passes are already linked, you should see them here.  If the passes are not linked, you can click on the top right tile that says "Link Tickets & Passes" and if you have an email confirmation for your pass or a hard card, you can scan the bar code with your camera.  Alternatively, you can select "Type ID" and enter your pass's ID number which should be on your confirmation email or on the back of the card if you received a physical card.
    • If you are using the website instead of the app, you can go to "My Disney Experience" and select "My MagicBands and Cards." From here, select "Memberships and Passes" from the menu bar on the left under your profile image.
    • Under "Link Memberships & Passes To Your Account" there is an option to link your Annual Pass and you can follow the steps to link the ID number to your account.
If you have any problems linking your Annual Pass, you can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services or Disney Guest Services to assist you.  As a reminder, Beth, now that you have an Annual Pass, you will need to make Theme Park Reservations in order to enter the theme parks.

Now, Beth, for the Member spaces, there are currently two Member Lounges open to eligible Disney Vacation Club Members at Walt Disney World, with a third expected to open in Summer 2025.
Should a lounge implement a waitlist, as a Membership Magic Beyond participant, you will be moved to the top of the waitlist as one of the program benefits.

Here's a tip, Beth! If you are in EPCOT and are looking for a spot to enjoy your quick service meal, the DVC Member Lounge in EPCOT is a lovely spot to enjoy your snack or meal with a bit more space and comfortable seating.  Complimentary drinks and snacks are available in the lounge, and it's a lovely spot to refuel and recharge your pixie dust (and your phone!)

I hope this helps you, Beth! Let us know if you have more questions.

    Magically Yours,
    Keri
