Hi, Luann! Thanks for coming and allowing us to help you with your vacation plans.
You've got a tough choice ahead of you, as these are two really amazing resorts for two very different reasons. As you point out, the gorgeous
Disney's Polynesian Villas are on Disney's monorail system, and that can be very convenient to get to and from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. On the flip side, you have the stunning
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, and for just a few extra points per night, you can have the larger one bedroom villa, which will allow you to spread out and maybe enjoy an evening cozying up on the sofa with a cold drink and a movie, while the baby is asleep in the next room.
This comes down to what is going to work best for your family. I can add that some room locations at Disney's Animal Kingdom villas can be a bit of a hike - the hallways are long, as they tend to curve around the savannas, and at the end of a long day, it may be a trek you want to think about taking. I am partial to Animal Kingdom, as it's one of my home resorts and I love having the option to watch the animals during some down time. I also think the extra space for not too many extra points would be well worth it for me.
The Polynesian, on the other hand, may a bit easier to navigate at the end of a theme park day. The lobby is absolutely brilliant in it's tropical glory, and there is that monorail access.
Not an easy decision - but what great options to have!
