    We are DVC members and want to take advantage of the Perks. What would you say are the best Perks that we should use on our trip (in June)?? Thanks!!

    There are lots of great perks to use as a Disney Vacation Club member. I generally use the shopping discount at the World of Disney in Downtown Disney.

    For dining, there are restaurants located at each of the Disney Vacation Club properties which offer a discount at certain meals. This is always a fun way to try a new restaurant. In addition, there are restaurants in the theme parks which will honor your Disney Vacation Club card as well.

    If you have been to the Walt Disney World Resorts numerous times and want to take advantage of something different, I would book a tour. Some of the most popular tours such as Disney's Family Magic Tour and the Keys to the Kingdom tour offer a 15% discount.You can even swim with the dolphin at Epcot at a savings as well.

    You may want time to go to dinner with just the adults. The children centers offer kids 4-12 a place to hang out while adults have some grown up time. At 10% off the regular rate, you can even order dessert.

    One brand new perk is a discount with the Owner’s Locker. This company rents you a locker to place things in that you only use at your home away from home such as ponchos, water bowls or non-perishable supplies. They drop off your locker on your day of arrival and pick it up when you depart. This is a great way to save time from repacking items each trip as well as avoiding airline fees.

    All perks are subject to change and availability. I would check the Disney Vacation Club website for the current list of perks.
