hi moms! DVC member here... upcoming trip at the end of August. Celebrating our 20th anniversary! Going to stay at Boardwalk villas this time - we have never been to this resort. Any suggestions? What is the easiest way to get to Disney Springs?

Oh, Laura, happy anniversary! 20 years is a huge milestone, and definitely worthy of a fabulous Walt Disney World vacation.

I'm a Jersey girl, so any chance I get to visit Disney's BoardWalk Villas and relive the glory days of shore towns like Atlantic City, I take it. You'll find surrey bike rentals, movies under the stars, and BoardWalk campfires among the recreation at the resort, but the best part is hitting the boards.

Walk to restaurants like Trattoria al Forno or catch a game and a burger at ESPN Club. You'll find boardwalk favorites like funnel cake and hot dogs. Head around to the Atlantic Dance Hall and dance the night away. Or maybe move the anniversary celebration over to Jellyrolls dueling piano bar. You are in the perfect spot to enjoy some of Disney's best evening entertainment.

The best Disney transportation to Disney Springs from your resort is going to be by bus. Give yourself a good 40 minutes for transportation between the two places, which gives you time to wait for a bus. You can also take a Minnie Van, which works at Walt Disney World through the Lyft app.

I hope this is the most spectacular anniversary celebration you could have imagined! Thanks for your question.
