    I am a DVC member, and will be traveling in November with friends. May I buy our Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets for our entire party using my DVC discount? Will my friends be able to use the tickets, even though we don’t live together? Thanks

    Hi there Carrie, 

    Welcome to planDisney! A trip to Walt Disney World Resort in November sounds like a dream - it’s such a great time to visit the theme parks and take in all the little (and big!) touches of holiday decorations, sounds and smells. While I live in a place where we have lots of snow, there’s something so magical about visiting Walt Disney World Resort when it is decked out in Christmas decorations! 

    My family has been making great use of our Disney Vacation Club Membership since we were welcomed into the DVC family twelve years ago. There are many special offers and discounts accessible to Disney Vacation Club Members from discounts on dinings, merchandise and special event tickets. I spoke with Member Services and they confirmed that yes, if you are an eligible DVC Member you can use your Disney Vacation Club Member discount for event tickets to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for your entire party. Tickets can be purchased either online (make sure you’re logged in to your My Disney Experience account) or by phoning Member Services. 

    I’m so excited for this year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! I love strolling through Magic Kingdom snacking on a complimentary cookie and seeing Characters dressed in their holiday best. Be sure to catch Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade (the tin soldiers are my favorite!) and be ready for Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, it’s full of holiday cheer!
