Can a DVC Member call Disney to make a split stay into one continuous reservation, so dining reservations can be made for the entire trip on day 60 of the first hotel stay?

Welcome Home, Alaina! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. It's always the best day ever when I get to chat about all things Disney Vacation Club with a fellow Member. I'm ready to channel my inner Judy Hopps to track down the information you're looking for--let's hop to it!

Picking a favorite DVC resort is like picking a favorite child--it's so hard! Although we dearly love our Home Resort, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, several other spots are special to us.  We'll often do a split stay to experience two of our favorites. It's so convenient to leave your luggage with Bell Services at resort #1, head out for a day of fun at the parks, and return in the evening to start the second leg of your vacation with your bags awaiting you.

Unfortunately, Alaina, there is not currently a way to link two separate resort stays into one continuous reservation. This means that you will have two 60-day booking dates for your dining reservations. Guests can book at the 60-day mark beginning at 6:00 AM Eastern time via your My Disney Experience account.

As you're deciding which excellent restaurants to try at Walt Disney World Resort, let me suggest a few of our family's favorites:
    • For breakfast, my very favorite is Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. This is our traditional meal the morning that we are heading home--the Macadamia Nut Pancakes take a little bit of the sting out of saying farewell!
    • If you're at Magic Kingdom Park for lunch, check out Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. The food is excellent and the servers bring their very best puns for a really entertaining experience.
    • A trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is not complete without dinner at Sanaa. This restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village offers amazing Indian-inspired food and views of the animals on the savanna. The bread service is legendary!
I'm sorry this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, Alaina, but I am sure you can snap up the dining reservations you want! Thanks again for visiting planDisney--please don't hesitate to reach out again if we can help with any other questions.

    Stay Magical!
