How does a DVC member add a dining plan to their DVC reservation?

Hi there, Tonya-welcome to the always-magical Disney Vacation Club corner of planDisney. It's a very big day whenever I meet a fellow DVC Member, and I'm happy to help with your question today.

Calling all foodies! Disney dining plans are back as of January 9th, and your taste buds are in for a magical adventure!

I know the feeling: exploring new restaurants is half the fun of a Walt Disney World Resort trip. The dining plans make it easy and budget-friendly to indulge in everything from classic character breakfasts to trendy bites at Disney Springs. Our family is looking forward to trying eet by Maneet Chauhan, the only Indian-inspired restaurant at Disney Springs, on our next visit – can you say YUM?

Two delicious plans are on the menu:

    1. Disney Dining Plan: This one's for families who love sit-down experiences. Each guest (ages 3+) gets 1 Table-Service meal, 1 Quick-Service meal, and 1 snack or non-alcoholic drink per night of your stay. Think flexible credits you can mix and match – two fancy dinners one day, a snack spree the next! Pro tip: snag those Table-Service reservations 60 days before your trip to dine in style. Craving princess power? Combine some credits for an unforgettable Character Dining experience. We have fond memories of meeting our favorite royalty at Cinderella's Royal Table!

    2. Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan: On-the-go families, rejoice! This plan fuels your adventures with 2 Quick-Service meals and 1 snack or drink per night, per guest. Order, grab, and go – park exploration awaits!

Both plans come with a bonus: a 16-ounce Resort Refillable Mug! Fill it up throughout your stay at Disney Resort Hotel self-service beverage stations with soda, coffee, or tea. Bonus points for using it as a park water bottle (and souvenir!).

Adding a Dining Plan to your Disney Vacation Club reservation is a snap! Just log in to the Disney Vacation Club Member website, click on your upcoming reservation, and choose "Purchase Dining Plans" from the available options.  Pick the plan that best suits your taste buds, and get ready for a delicious Disney vacation!

Tonya, I hope you have a wonderful vacation and enjoy ALL the snacks at Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney--we have lots more great tips, so reach out any time!

    Welcome Home!
