    During the free dining plan promotion, do you have to pay for your vacation completely or can you still get it with the installment plan? Trying to decide when to make our booking. Thank you.

    Yes, you can still place your initial deposit and then pay off your Walt Disney World Resort vacation in partial payments, even if you take advantage of a Special Offer such as the free Disney Dining Plan offer.
