    During the Food & Wine Festival, are the events and kiosks only open on weekends? Only in the evenings? We want to avoid the weekend crowds, but still want to partake in the food! Thanks!

    Hi Kendall,

    You're in luck! The food kiosks at Epcot's Food & Wine Festival are open any time the World Showcase is open (weather permitting). The booths are open during the week as well as on the weekend. They typically start serving at 11:00 am.

    As for events, most of those are pre-scheduled. For example, a celebrity cookbook author might only appear at one specific date and time. Or a special themed dinner might only happen on one evening. The 2014 F&W schedule has not yet been released, so I can't give you specifics, but in the past these types of events have happened both on weekends and during the week.

    There was extensive coverage of the 2012 and 2013 Food & Wine festivals over on the independent website DisneyFoodBlog.com. You can take a look there for the types of events you can expect to see and an how the overall schedule will generally flow.
