    Due to Rising Covid cases we wish to cancel our Hotel and Park vacation package. We can not travel again until summer 2022 Is is possible get a refund?

    I’m so sorry to hear that you need to cancel your upcoming vacation. I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member at (714) 756-6425) or Vacation Packages at (714) 520-5060. Once you’re on the line with the Cast Member, they will give you all the options available when it comes to rescheduling or refunding the cost of your visit. 

    While theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you do have the option to use the ones you’ve purchased for this trip, toward the purchase of new theme park tickets for a future visit.
