Due to pandemic, we are not able to travel to California, but to Florida this summer. Can I get a "refund" or credit to my Disney account from those tickets (#6 tickets

Hi Paola and welcome to planDisney! Thank you for visiting us with your question about the Disneyland Resort.

I have really good news! Beginning on June 15th, anyone can visit Disneyland Resort theme parks! You can also make theme park reservations 120 days ahead of time. So now, you and your family can absolutely visit California and enjoy Disneyland theme parks.

Paola, when it comes to visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, you would have to purchase and plan that visit separately. Unfortunately, Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort have their own tickets and hotels, so you would only be able to use the tickets for the resort you’ve purchased them for. You can absolutely receive a credit for your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and put that credit toward the purchase of tickets for a visit to the California theme parks in the future.

I hope I’ve been helpful. If you need any more planning advice, please don’t hesitate to come back to see us here or at planDisney en Español. ¡Siempre es nuestro placer ayudarte con todos los detalles de tu próxima visita!

    ¡Hasta pronto!
