    Hi, due to health issues one of my party won't be able to come to disney. we don't know when and if he would be able to travel. is it possible to cancel the reservation, get a refund and order again in the future?

    I’m so sorry to know that your friend will not be able to travel due to health issues. I wish them a speedy recovery! The very best way to figure out your options for canceling or rescheduling would be to reach out to a Cast Member at the resort.
