Hi Pamela!
Welcome to planDisney. I am so sorry that you will have to reschedule your trip. I understand the frustrations of having to cancel a trip due to health issues. It is an unfortunate reality, given seasonal illnesses, emergency situations, and of course, COVID-19. One of the things to look forward to is planning a new, future
Disneyland Resort trip, where you could experience all of the magic and wonder that comes with visiting
Disneyland Park and
Disney's California Adventure Park!
Pamela, unfortunately,
tickets purchased for the Disneyland Resort are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be sold. While I can understand that you now have tickets that you won't be used within the immediate timeframe, they will be usable in the future. You can hold on to your tickets until you can plan a new trip to the Disneyland Resort. This can be in a year or in ten years, your tickets will still hold value. Bear in mind that if ticket prices increase, you will need to pay the difference between the purchase price and the new pricing.
I wish you a full recovery, and hope that you soon will be able to plan a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Malanie
