Hi there, Diane!
It is so great to talk to you again!
Diane, I have to tell you from personal experience, that I believe that
Memory Maker is always worth the expense. As a mom, it is often the only way that I get to be IN a photograph. All of our Memory Maker photographs also serve as the "screen saver" and digital background on our living room TV, giving us a little taste of magic every day.
Now Diane, did you know that the face-covering guidelines JUST recently changed? Now you are able to remove your face coverings to capture all of those smiles for your stationary pictures! As long as you are following physical distancing guidelines, of course.
Now, when you take those first steps down Main Street, U.S.A, and pose for the iconic picture in front of Cinderella Castle, the
PhotoPass Photographer will scan your MagicBand or Disney Mobile Magic, and those pictures will pop up on your My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Purchasing Memory Maker One-Day simply allows you to remove the watermark and download these photos. However, you may only purchase one "inactive" Memory Maker One Day at a time. You "activate" your Memory Maker when you download your very first photo.
Since there is no discount for pre-purchasing the Memory Maker One-Day, I would wait until during, or after, your trip to purchase your second day's photographs. My recommendation would be to quickly pop into Guest Relations on your second day to add the second Memory Maker One-Day if the
My Disney Experience Mobile App does not allow you to purchase it yet.
I hope that this answered your question, Diane! Please come back here if we can help answer any other questions for you!
We love to hEAR from you!
Sarah B.
