Due to the COVID increase in cases, can I postpone my dated ticket to the Magic Kingdom indefinately?

Hi Norma and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending us your question about theme park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort.

If you have purchased tickets for an upcoming vacation and those plans need to be canceled or rescheduled, you can use your ticket at a later date.

Make sure to keep your confirmation email for the purchase of that ticket handy, so that you will be able to find your ticket in the event that it is no longer listed on your My Disney Experience account.

For more assistance, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and you will be able to make Disney Park Pass Reservations for a future visit.

Norma, I hope this information is helpful. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical vacation!
