Hear ye, hear ye, Cyndi!
By royal proclamation, I would like to officially welcome you to planDisney! In just a few weeks, the clock on the countdown to your vacation will strike midnight, and you'll be on your way. Can you believe you will be partaking in all of the EARidescent excitement of
The World's Most Magical Celebration at
The Most Magical Place on Earth soon? It's all so exciting!
I'm sorry to hear your previous trip had to be canceled due to COVID-19. I can imagine how disappointing that must have been. I hope you and your family are back to full health now and looking forward to your upcoming trip. I reached out to Guest Services today concerning how the credit from those canceled
theme park tickets can be applied and was told the amount can only be applied to the purchase of theme park tickets for future trips. While I know this likely isn't what you wanted to hear, it just means you will have a new trip sometime in the future to plan and look forward to. When you are ready to book that trip and apply the credit from your canceled tickets, call 407-934-7639 to speak with a friendly Cast Member. They will be able to assist you with this. Keep in mind, you may have to pay for any increases in price when you do.
Be sure to check out all the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has to offer on your upcoming trip. You can view all of the treats and eats that will be available at the
Outdoor Kitchens ahead of your trip by perusing
the Foodie Guide on the Disney Parks Blog. My favorite offerings are the Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake at The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board and the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade at the Pineapple Promenade. Exploring
Bambi's Butterfly House and finding all of the topiaries of Disney characters are two of the must-do activities as well.
Cyndi, if you have further questions arise, please stop back by
planDisney. We love to help fellow Guests and are always waiting in the wings. Have the best time on your magical Walt Disney World Resort adventure!
May all your wishes come true,
Alyssa
