Due to chronic kidney disease I require constant hydration of cold distilled water 1) Can I bring a 2 gallon of water in and get ice for my camel pack in the park? I void 10 liters a day and must replenish so I do not dehydrate which can cause a stroke.

Hi, Talisa! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Staying cool and well-hydrated is a must for every Walt Disney World Resort Guest. Bringing your own water is definitely allowed, and you may get a complimentary cup of ice from any Quick-Service or Table-Service restaurant in any of the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks or Walt Disney World Resort hotels. I think a Camel Pack is an excellent way to make sure you stay hydrated.

You’ll also find restrooms conveniently located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks, too. They are clearly marked on each of the Theme Park Guide Maps, but you can also use your My Disney Experience mobile app to locate them as well. From your home screen, tap the map at the top of the screen and then tap the drop down menu next to “Wait Times.” Choose “Restrooms” and then “Filters” in the upper-left corner to choose your current location.

Should you need them, there are also First Aid Centers located in each Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park and Water Park, too. Use the same process listed above and choose “Guest Services” to locate the First Aid station nearest you or ask any Cast Member for assistance.

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Talisa! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
