We want to take our 4 yo dtr to BBB and after have a meal at CRT. How difficult is it to coordinate these and can we make it happen? How far in advance can we reserve for both BBB and ch meal at CRT?

    Elizabeth,

This really is not that hard at all.

In both cases you can make reservations 180 days before your arrival. Getting these coordinated should not be a major hassle. I would suggest that the easiest combination for you would be to get your reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table for lunch or dinner first, then call to get the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation after that.

    • So call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 for your dining reservation
    • Next call for your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation by calling (407) WDW-STYLE or (407) 939-7895.
    • Expect that the salon experience can take up to an hour, and that sometimes there are delays in your start time, so set your boutique reservation time for about 90 minutes to 2 hours before your dining reservation time.
    • Make sure you have noted that you want to go to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the Magic Kingdom, not Downtown Disney!
Now in the past you could make BOTH reservations from the dining reservation line, so certainly try to do that when you make your first call. That should help a lot. But don't be surprised if you have to make the second call to complete things.

Feel free to write back with any follow-up questions!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
