Me, DH, and DSs are planning our Disney vacation in Oct. Going through the questions on the panel I've noticed a lot of families will also be attending in Oct. I was told that this was not a busy month, so I'm wondering what the crowds are like in Oct?

Hi, Jeremy!  We come every year in October, and the crowds are generally much lighter than in the summer months or during the holidays.  You may find a bit of a larger crowd over Columbus Day weekend, when some people have a school holiday; and you will see some busy weekends, as even the locals like to head over to EPCOT for the Food and Wine Festival and into the Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  For the most part, though, crowds are definitely manageable.

    Have a great vacation!
