    My DH, 2 DS (4&2) & I plan to go to Boulangerie Patisserie the first week in Dec. What do you suggest for the kids as a meal? Are there tables or benches somewhere close to view Illuminations? How early should we try to get a spot for the show?

    Hi Tara,

    The Boulangerie Patisserie in France in Epcot has some delicious foods on offer including ham & cheese croissants, quiche, cheese plate, pastries and tarts. You can see a full list on the dining pages of www.allears.net I'm not sure how picky your children are with their food but I know my girls wouldn't find much on the menu for them to eat, well except the sweet dishes. Don't worry though as just over the bridge is the UK fish & chip shop and in the other direction you can find typical American food at the Liberty Inn in the American pavillion. As they are all counter service restaurants it's very easy to buy food from them all and then eat together.

    There are some tables and chairs down by the water front in France which have beautiful views of the fireworks show Illuminations. There are only a few though so you would need to secure these at least 90 minutes before show time, maybe even earlier!
