Hey there, James! Welcome to planDisney, we're here to help!
While every inch of the 40 square miles of Walt Disney World Resort contains magic, I have to say
Magic Kingdom Park is just the area that feels like it has been sprinkled with the most pixie dust. I love walking underneath the Walt Disney World Railroad Train Station and reading the sign that says, "Here You Leave Today and Enter the World of Yesterday, Tomorrow and Fantasy." It is so true! Leave your worries behind and just enjoy the day set forth in front of you.
No matter how you make your entrance, you and your party are sure to have an incredible day shooting lasers on
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, hanging out with 999 spirited pals on the
Haunted Mansion, and sailing off to Neverland on
Peter Pan's Flight. With more than 40 attractions, characters to meet, and countless
DOLE Whips to eat, you know you'll never have a better day!
James, whether you're the chauffeur for the day or you plan to take a ride/share service like Lyft, the drop-off location for Magic Kingdom Park is the same. At the Transportation and Ticket Center, Guests are able to Park or drop Guests off and then ride the Monorail or take a gentle Ferry over the Seven Seas Lagoon toward Magic Kingdom. Not only is the drop-off location just a short walk from the Monorail or Ferry, but the excitement by this point is just about through the roof!
The Transportation and Ticket Center connects you to both Magic Kingdom and
EPCOT by monorail and allows you to drop any passengers headed for either park off here. Simply follow highway signs for Transportation and Ticket Center, or
learn more about Resort transportation here. I hope you and your party have an amazing trip that starts the minute you drive through that Walt Disney World Resort Main Entrance! Mickey and Minnie will be waving you in and cheering you on for the best vacation ever.
