Welcome to planDisney, Melanie!
You and I must be on the same wavelength, because I just did this last week! I was planning on beginning my day at
EPCOT and then hopping to
Disney's Hollywood Studios. Since I knew I would be ending my day there, and would not be able to walk through EPCOT after closing time to retrieve my car from the EPCOT parking lot, I chose to park at Disney's Hollywood Studios and walk to EPCOT's "back door" entrance, International Gateway. It is a long walk -- over a mile -- and took us about 20 minutes at a brisk pace. To be honest, I would not attempt this during the warmer months of the year, but it was a pleasant walk in February with the morning chill.
A
Disney Park Pass reservation nor a ticket are required to park in a theme park parking lot. As long as you pay the
parking fee, or scan your MagicBand or Key to the World card as a Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guest, you are welcome to park in any theme park parking lot.
My family opted for
Disney Skyliner transportation for our return to Disney's Hollywood Studios. The relaxing ride was exactly the break we needed to rest our feet for a bit.
I'm wishing you a wonderful visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
