We will be driving from Orlando International airport to Disney in a week. Where is the best place to stop and get greoceries, along the way. We have a villa so fridge space should be good. Thanks

Hi, Annette!  Your best option for groceries, toiletries, and even some Walt Disney souvenirs is going to be the Walmart super center at 3250 Vineland Road.  It's approximately a ten minute ride from the Downtown Disney resort area, and very convenient for all of your shopping needs.  There is a full supermarket there, with a deli, and they do have some prepared foods as well.

Another option is the Publix grocery store also on Vineland Road.  This is a typical supermarket, and just a short ride from Downtown Disney.

The closest grocery store to the Downtown Disney resort area is Goodings in the Crossroads Shopping Center directly across the street.  This is a very nice grocery store, and they carry a lot of the extras people might have forgotten to pack on their vacation.  I will say, however, based on my experience and the cost of groceries here in New Jersey, this market is a little bit higher priced than we're used to.

    Have a great vacation!
