Hi All...driving from Ontario, Canada, In Nov. 2011with my teen boys for our 1st WDW trip. We have the whole pkg., dlx dining, resort, tickets etc.....BUT we want to eat at the Rainforest Cafe in AK. Is it covered by our dining plan?? Plz say yes!!!

Hi Fiona! I wish I could say yes! Sadly, neither the Animal Kingdom nor the Downtown Disney locations of the Rainforest Cafe accept the basic or deluxe Disney Dining Plan.  The Rainforest Cafe is a very entertaining restaurant with its life-size animatronic creatures, but you'll have to pay out-of-pocket to dine there. Both Tusker House and the Yak & Yeti restaurants at the Animal Kingdom accept the Dining Plan. Their atmosphere is not as fun as the Rainforest Cafe, but in my opinion, their food is tastier.
