    Hi! We are driving down and won't arrive until after 3 pm so not going to any park that evening, but wanted to see fireworks. I just read that there is a great view along the beach at Disney’s Polynesian Resort but we r staying @ POP. Can we go to beach??

    What a beautiful way to begin your evening at Walt Disney World. Guests hoping to view Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, outside of Magic Kingdom Park, can see a stunning view from the beaches of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. 

    First and foremost, on the night of your arrival confirm the times Wishes Nighttime Spectacular will be exploding into the sky. Upon check-in ask the Front Desk Cast Member and they can provide you with the needed information and don't forget to bring along a towel from your room to sit on. 

    If traveling from Disney's Pop Century Resort, Guests have two options. The first is to board Disney bus transportation to Magic Kingdom Park. From Magic Kingdom Park, either board a Resort Monorail to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, it is the third stop after boarding, or make your way to the Resort boat launch and take a cruise to your destination. Estimate about an hour of travel time to the white sandy beaches. A second and quicker option, is to take a taxi from your resort to your destination, the travel time again to the white sandy beaches is approximately 25 minutes. Taxis are readily available at the front of all Walt Disney World Resorts and typically with tip average about twenty dollars.
