We are driving to Disney & staying on property. I know you can park at other resorts if you have a dining reservation, but can you leave your car there all day? E.g., if we have breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, can we park at GF all day while at MK?

Welcome to planDisney, Candice! Thank you for submitting your questions to us. I am happy to help you today!

Oh boy! I don't know about you, but I am so excited that 1900 Park Fare is finally reopening its doors on April 10th! Guests can now begin making reservations for both breakfast and dinner. I look forward to trying new food options on the menus and enjoying the classics, such as Strawberry Soup! Guests who dine at restaurants at Disney Resort Hotels but are not staying there have a 3-hour limit for parking at the resort. If you leave your vehicle longer than the 3-hour limit, keep in mind you are at risk of being towed.

If parking your vehicle does not seem like a good option anymore, Hakuna Matata! There are several other options to get to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:

    • Minnie Van: This is my favorite way of getting around Walt Disney World! Using the Lyft app, you can order a Minnie Van to transport you from your Disney Resort hotel to the Grand Floridian.
    • Other ride-share services (such as Uber or Lyft)
    • Monorail: Use the Disney Bus Transportation from your Disney Resort hotel to Disney's Magic Kingdom Park. Walk to the monorail station and hop on! (¡Por favor manténgase alejado de las puertas!”).

Candice, I hope all of this information is useful! Thank you again for your question. I hope you have a wonderful visit!

    Happy Planning!
