We will be driving to Disney and staying in a Disney Resort in late June, I have a 2 yr old and a 1 year old that will be using a double jogging stroller. Would it be easier to travel on Disney's transportation to the park our use our own vehicle?

Hey Caroline and Happy Mother's Day!  You know I have done both and it really depends on which resort you are staying in during your vacation.  If our car is off in a parking lot somewhere, I would just fold up the stroller and take the WDW transportation.  However, if I were staying at example the Ft. Wilderness cabins and my car was right there, it was just too tempting not to drive our car.  I found both to be very easy and remember, since you are staying at a Disney property you do not have to pay to park at the theme parks!  Why not try the WDW transportation at first, and if it's more of a hassle, drive your car.  But I do believe you will find the WDW transportation to be adequate.
Thanks so much for the great question, and I hope you have a wonderful vacation in June.
