I have a driver’s license from another state and I just recently moved to Long Beach. I was wondering if a California apartment lease contract qualifies as proof of California residency to purchase a ticket to Disneyland.

    Hi there, Audie!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question for us.

Audie, you’re going to have a fantastic time at The Happiest Place on Earth! As a Texas state resident, I’ve been dreaming about the reopening of Disneyland Resort, and to help curb my yearning for the magic, I follow planDisney’s Instagram account, @planDisneyPanel. It brings a dose of much-needed magic into the comforts of my home!

As you know, theme park reservations are required, along with theme park tickets. To make these, Guests must be logged into their Disney account, which needs to be associated with a California address. Proof of residency may be requested upon arrival, and an apartment lease that shows your name and California address should work just fine! You would also be able to use a utility bill or similar documentation showing a California address.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Audie!

    Have an enchanting time.
