Hi Christina! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you came right to the source for an answer to your question.
Uniforms will not be required to enter any of the
theme parks at the
Walt Disney World Resort in 2024. While there
are guidelines that you need to follow to ensure that what you are wearing is appropriate for a family environment, this is in no way a uniform. I've always found the Disney theme parks to be places where I can dress in a way that speaks to me and expresses my individual personality.
In fact,
Disney has committed to ensuring that the Disney Parks are more inclusive, and that includes changing the dress code policies for Cast Members to ensure they can express themselves in the way that they dress when they show up to work to create magic. This is incredibly important to me. Whether I want to sport some nifty rainbow
ears, "
Disneybound" as Asha from the upcoming film
Wish, wear my favorite
Disney shirt, or wear something not related to Disney at all, I am free to express myself in a way that feels distinctly and uniquely me. Because after all, there is beauty in our similarities
and our differences. And they both should always be celebrated. Together.
Christina, enjoy your time in the parks...dressed as no one else other than you.
