My dream is to be a professional dessert chef. Are there any tours or reccomendations for me?

    Hi Amy!

How awesome that you have career aspirations to be a professional dessert chef!

There are a couple of different options for you at Walt Disney World. First, I think you would enjoy dinner at Victoria & Albert's at the Chef's Table, as you can meet directly with the chef and indulge in a luxurious dinner that lasts approximately 3 hours. This is a great experience for foodies and you can ask questions that may be relevant for your career goals.

I also think you would enjoy Epcot's Annual Food and Wine Festival that is held every fall. More than 270 chefs, including culinary stars, Disney chefs and more, attend this event. You can meet celebrity chefs at this event and attend special reserved culinary events. There are a variety of culinary events, including a showcase of speakers who can provide more insight into the culinary world. Call 407-WDW-FEST as the date nears to make reservations for some of the speial events. You can also visit www.epcotfoodfestival.com as the date nears for more information about the event.

You may also enjoy the Behind the Seeds Tour at Epcot. You can go behind the stage at the Living the Land Tour and learn more about the garden and fresh ingredients used in the WDW restaurants.

    Magically,
    Stacy
