Welcome aboard, Sarah! Wow, if you are setting sail next Thursday, you must be so excited! I bet your suitcases are out and you're already getting packed!

Hair braiding is pretty popular on the Disney cruise ships. Usually, you will find a hair braiding spot on the pool deck, near the entrance to the Cabanas buffet. There is also a hair braiding stand on Castaway Cay, and both spots charge around $2 per braid. Though there are a few times when you could walk up and have your daughter's hair done right away, that's pretty rare, so I'd suggest that you make an appointment with them. Just stop by the stand and you can chat with the women there to find out when an appointment is available. Appointments for hair braiding are not scheduled before you set sail.

The girls with the braids and those cute rows of beads sure do look cute and I always see so many of the young girls onboard sporting these new do's! I bet your daughter will be very proud to show her friends back home as she tells them all about her Disney cruise!
