Hi going on dream May 2015 woundering who do I let know we will need a pack and play and diaper gennie ?. Also this is our third cruise do they give us another lanyard upon check in ? Thank you for all your help

Welcome aboard, Donna! Congratulations on booking your magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line for next spring! You've got months of time before you set sail to explore all the fun that Disney Cruise Line has to offer on the Disney Dream. I hope you've been playing around on their website to see what you have in store! You've sailed with Disney before, but each cruise is unique and there are always new additions for guests, especially if this is your first cruise on the Dream!

Disney is the perfect cruise line for families, and they certainly make it easy to sail with little ones. Just give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at 800-951-3532 (or your travel agent) to add a note to your reservation that you'll be requesting a Pack n' Play and a Diaper Genie for your stateroom. Your stateroom host will be happy to provide that for you. Usually, he or she will take the Pack n' Play down during the day so you have more space to move about your stateroom, but if you'd prefer it be left up so your little one can come back for naps, just let them know when you're onboard and they're happy to do that too.

Since this is your third cruise with Disney, you are Silver Castaway Club members. Silver members are those who have previously sailed one to five cruises with Disney. When you arrive at the port, you'll go to the Silver and Gold Castaway Club line to check in, and yes, you'll receive lanyards upon check-in. Also remember that you'll get to begin your online check-in at 90 days prior to setting sail, which allows you earlier access than first time guests to booking some of those fun extras like Port Adventures and Adult Exclusive Dining.

    Have fun planning, Donna!
