Hi Akshay!
It is great to hear from you! If you arrive around 12:00, it shouldn't be too long before you are actually on the spectacular Disney Dream. Boarding usually begins around 11:30am-11:45am so by the time you complete your check-in with the castmember in the cruise terminal, it won't be a long wait at all. Guests aren't allowed to check-in anytime before 11:00am so I think your best bet is to arrive close to 12:00 so your wait in the terminal is minimal. Lunch usually begins around noon so this will be one of your first activities once you board the ship. Options will be listed in your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator. You will have several choices including the Enchanted Garden, Cabanas Food Court, and quick service at Flo's Cafe!
