Hello Deborah! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is quickly approaching and you and your party must be getting so excited! Planning out transportation ahead of time is always a great idea, that way you don't get stuck wasting valuable park and resort time once you've arrived!
The
Disney Skyliner is the newest form of transportation at the Resort, and I have to say, it's like an attraction in itself! The first time I rode it I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth, comfortable and fun the ride was. I loved getting to soar high above
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and then "land" just steps away from
EPCOT.
I know firsthand that the Disney Skyliner is wheelchair, ECV and stroller accessible, and you do not need to fold your stroller up. In fact, the Skyliner has gondolas which come to a complete stop to load passengers with ECVs or wheelchairs, so you won't feel rushed. These gondolas then join right back in the main line to begin their skyward journey. On our last Skyliner ride, we were notified that we were in one of these gondolas and that it would again come to a complete stop at our destination.
It does sound like you have both an ECV and stroller with you, which may not all fit inside one gondola. Gondola cabins usually fit 10 people, or six with an ECV inside. I would speak to a Cast Member on the loading ramp, as your party may have to split into two gondolas for the trip. Even if you do need to ride in separate gondolas you should all arrive at your destination around the same time.
Enjoy your high ride in the sky and have a fabulous trip!
