Welcome back, Shelton!
Thanks for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! There are so many fun things to do at
Downtown Disney-I'm sure you can find something fun to enjoy with your daughter. First things first-let's eat! The two most fun restaurants for little ones in Downtown Disney are undoubtedly the Rainforest Café and T-Rex. Both offer some entertainment while you eat in the form of animatronic animals and interesting background scenes while dining. Advanced Dining Reservations are recommended for both restaurants.
My daughter loves to visit Once Upon A Toy while in Downtown Disney so she can add to her collection of Tsum Tsum stuffed toys. The characters offered there change frequently, so if you see something you really like, I suggest snapping it up. Odds are it won't be there when you return. The store has a large offering of toys including some very unique Mr. Potato Head items not available anywhere else!
If you wanted to go for some entertainment, I highly recommend
Cirque du Soleil-La Nouba at Downtown Disney. It's an incredible show that lasts approximately 90 minutes and it's fun for all ages.
These are just a few suggestions-there are many more things to do at Downtown Disney. You can shop, eat, grab some coffee, go to the movies,
eat and go bowling at Splitsville or
ride in an amphicar!
Shelton, I hope you can find something here that your family will enjoy-there are so many things to do, just one trip to Downtown Disney is hardly enough!
Best Wishes,
Amy B.
