Is there a way of downloading all of the photos from the app (taken with memory maker) at one time? Also, in previous years I had the option of adding frames, stickers, etc to my memory maker photos, is that not an option anymore?

    Hiya Tammy!

Welcome to planDisney! I love adding Memory Maker to my tickets when I visit the Parks. I'm usually the one who takes everyone's photos but at Walt Disney World, Mom finally is in the picture!

A few weeks while downloading my pictures from my last trip I learned two things that will help answer your questions:

    1. Only individual photos can be downloaded on the My Disney Experience Mobile App. No bulk photo downloads are possible at this time.

    2. If you want to download all your photos all at once then you must use a computer browser and head over to your PhotoPass gallery. To select all your photos to download just hover your mouse over an image and you will see a grey checkmark that you need to click on. Once it is selected it will turn green and a new option on the top right appears that says "Select all visible media." Select that and then everything in your gallery will be marked with a green checkmark. Then click "Download" on the top right. Make sure that your browser does not block pop-up windows as there will be several windows opening to begin the download.

The My Disney Experience Mobile App does have an option to edit the photos that become available when you select the image. You will see "Edit" right next to the "Save" option under each image. The editing features though are limited to cropping/resizing the image and filters. At this time, there are no frames or sticker editing options available.

Don't forget that Disney PhotoPass images expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken so don't delay in downloading. A big tip I want to share is to view the photos accumulating in your PhotoPass gallery as your trip is occurring. The reason is that while some photos like ride experience photos take a while to appear there is a chance they don't appear at all. I would give them 24 hours to appear and if you don't see them and are still at Walt Disney World I would head over to the PhotoPass offices in the Parks where a Cast Member can assist in locating them.

    They can be found here:

    - Magic Kingdom Park- Town Square Theater
    - Disney's Hollywood Studios- Sid Cahuenga's One-of-a-Kind
    - EPCOT- Pin Traders- Camera Center
-Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park- Garden Gate Gifts

I'm sorry if this is not the answer you were hoping for but I do hope this helps and if you have any more questions please feel free to reach out to me!

    Happy Planning!
